Oliver first joined JLR 13 years ago in aftermarket buying, but his passion for technology brought him back four years ago, the time in‑between being spent growing his love of creating impactful products working side‑by‑side with customers and technical teams in Logistics and Heating markets. Since then, he’s delivered high‑impact projects including using smart optimisation to increase build efficiency and reduce client waiting times for our Range Rover clients. “It's been great to help the business respond to different client needs and see a tangible impact,” he said. 

He’s now focused on battery intelligence software, which is monitoring our EVs to enhance battery performance, safety and predictive intelligence. “Clients see performance and range in‑vehicle, but it’s crucial that we monitor this remotely to maximise efficiency, avoid breakdowns and shape better services.”
